目的对某液晶电视显示模组项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,从源头控制和消除职业病危害、保护劳动者健康。方法对该建设项目采用职业卫生现场调查法、检测检验法、检查表法、职业健康检查相结合,进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要为乙醇、异丙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、二氧化锡、铅烟、硫化氢、氨、氢氧化钠、盐酸、噪声、高温、工频电场和激光等。其中,岗位噪声等效连续A声级检测结果为57.7~87.7 dB(A),岗位高温检测结果为21.3~24.6℃,工频电场检测结果为0.001~0.059 kV/m,激光检测结果为未检出,各种职业病危害因素检测结果均低于职业接触限值。该建设项目的总平面布局、辅助用室、职业病防护设施、职业健康监护、职业卫生管理等情况基本符合国家有关规定。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果可行。
