Objective To study the changes of immune status and lymphocyte cycle in infected and normal people at different stages of HIV infection. Methods The absolute numbers of CD4 +, CD8 +, CD3 + T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + of normal and HIV infected individuals were detected by flow cytometry. Results The number of CD4 + T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in HIV-infected patients decreased progressively. The number of CD8 + T lymphocytes increased significantly in the early stage of infection and then decreased in the late stage of infection. The number of CD4 + T lymphocytes Within the normal range when promoted; when the number of infected CD4 T lymphocytes below the normal range, the proportion of lymphocyte cycles and healthy control group no difference. Conclusion The immune function and lymphocyte cycle of HIV-infected patients changed abnormally with the course of the disease, and the changes of lymphocyte cycle and CD8 + T lymphocytes were basically the same, suggesting that the cell cycle may be changed in the process of CD8 + T lymphocyte count makes an important impact.
