【目的】测定沙尘和遮阴处理的可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和可溶性糖等指标,研究不良环境对果树叶片的伤害。【方法】选取核桃、杏、巴旦木和苹果4种果树,采用人工覆沙与遮阴处理的方法,设置4个时间(9、18、27和36 d)和2个梯度(沙尘3和9 mg/cm2、遮阴16.4%和46.5%)的正交试验,测定不同处理对上述4种果树叶片渗透调节物质的影响。【结果】轻度沙尘处理后,4种果树叶片脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量逐渐上升,而可溶性蛋白含量较对照均增加45.83%后下降趋势;重度沙尘处理下,上述3种渗透调节物质含量均在9~18 d出现峰值后下降。遮阴处理对4种果树叶片渗透调节物质含量有明显的影响,叶片经过轻度遮阴处理后其含量不同程度的增强。随着遮阴胁迫程度的加剧,可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量出现了降低的趋势,遮阴均在18~27 d出现峰值后下降。【结论】沙尘、遮阴胁迫对4种果树叶片带来一定的不利影响。

With the intensification of shade stress, the contents of soluble protein and proline decreased. The shading peaked at 18-27 days and then decreased. 【Conclusion】 Dust and shady stress have some adverse effects on four kinds of fruit trees.
