能源是经济发展的主要动力来源。新能源产业是高技术、高投资、高风险的新兴产业。加快新能源产业发展,是应对全球能源发展新形势的必然选择,是优化能源结构、促进节能减排的客观要求,是转变经济发展方式、促进可持续发展的迫切需要,是抢占未来发展制高点、提高国际竞争力的根本举措。但是,我国目前新能源产业发展中仍存在许多问题,如经济激励政策乏力、产业链不完整、市场保障政策不完善、技术服务体系不健全,等等。因此,我们必须采取行之有效的措施,加快新能源产业发展。
Energy is the main source of economic development. New energy industry is a high-tech, high investment, high-risk emerging industries. Accelerating the development of the new energy industry is an inevitable choice for coping with the new situation of global energy development. It is an objective requirement for optimizing the energy structure and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction. It is an urgent need to transform the mode of economic development and promote sustainable development. It is also necessary to seize the commanding height of future development, The fundamental measure to enhance international competitiveness. However, there are still many problems in the development of new energy industry in our country, such as the weak economic incentive policy, the incomplete industrial chain, the imperfect market safeguard policy, the imperfect technical service system, and so on. Therefore, we must take effective measures to speed up the development of new energy industry.
