现代重型机器中广泛采用倾斜轴传动的鼓形齿齿式联轴器。其中,外齿鼓形齿轮通常在滚齿机上滚切齿面,滚切后的齿向和端面齿廓有扭曲及歪斜现象。这种误差对鼓形齿联轴器的工作性能和使用寿命均会带来不良影响,特别是大倾角传动。国内早已从事了这方面的研究,并对该齿廓的歪曲作出了符合实际的分析,但尚未涉及校正这种误差的研究。本文试图以空间啮合理论来分析计算滚切这种齿轮时的齿廓对称度误差,并提出校正这种误差的有效途径。
Widely used in modern heavy duty machine with tilting shaft drive tooth gear coupling. Among them, the external gear drum gear hobbing machine usually hobbing face, after hobbing the tooth profile and end face toothed distortion and skew phenomenon. This error on the performance of the drum gear coupling performance and life will have a negative impact, especially the large-angle transmission. China has long been engaged in this aspect of the study, and distortion of the tooth profile made a realistic analysis, but no study has been involved to correct this error. This paper attempts to analyze and calculate the tooth profile symmetry error when hobbing the gear with the theory of spatial meshing and put forward an effective way to correct the error.
