原发性巨球蛋白血症(WMG)国内报告不多,近我院收治1例,报告如下。病历摘要赵×、男性61岁,农民。因头昏、乏力、下肢浮肿10月、视力减退1月余,曾按贫血治疗无效,于1984年3月30日入院。体检:重贫血貌,下肢轻度凹陷性浮肿,巩膜无黄染,全身皮肤粘膜无出血点。双侧颈部、腋下及腹股沟均可触及黄豆至鸽蛋大小淋巴 Primary macroglobulinemia (WMG) few domestic reports, nearly 1 case admitted to our hospital, the report is as follows. Due to dizziness, fatigue, lower extremity edema in October, more than 1 month vision loss, had anemia treatment ineffective, in March 30, 1984 admission. Physical examination: severe anemia, mild depression of lower extremity edema, sclera no yellow dye, systemic skin and mucous membrane without bleeding point.
