一、形成氧化膜之条件使用于现代机器制造上的全部金属与合金,几乎都具有在自己表面上形成氧化物的性能。这种自然腐蚀过程,能在表面上生成更稳定的化合物;是即在金属表面上产生了一层氧化膜,这层氧化膜似乎可以防止金属本体进一步的损坏。可是在零件表面上自然形成的氧化膜,并不能确切地防止腐蚀,反而曾使零件之腐蚀加剧,以致零件损坏。为了阐明质地良好之氧化膜之生成机构起见,应该确定一下为什么在金属表面上自然形成之氧化膜不能防止金属腐蚀之原因。首先,自然的氧化膜,在全部金属表面不是同
