选用不同类型两系杂交稻组合进行穗部解剖构造和籽粒结实分布的研究 ,结果表明籼粳杂交稻组合1 2 86S/ 2 41 0在穗颈节上的维管束数和面积均大于其它组合 ,但其韧皮部占维管束面积比率则小于汕优 6 3和两优培特 ;结实颖花主要分布在一次枝梗和中上部二次枝梗上 ,空秕粒分布在中下部二次枝梗上 ;穗颈节上可分配给每朵颖花的韧皮部面积 ,1 2 86S/ 2 41 0 >鄂粳杂一号 >汕优 6 3>两优培特 ;上部二次枝梗上的结实颖花平均占有的韧皮部面积大于下部二次枝梗 ,1 2 86S/ 2 41 0组合的二次枝梗供给结实颖花和饱粒颖花韧皮部面积都比其它组合大
The results showed that the number and area of vascular bundles on the panicles neck of 1 2 86S / 2 41 0 in indica-japonica hybrid rice combinations were all larger than those in other combinations, But the ratio of phloem to vascular bundle area was less than that of Shanyou 63 and Liangyoupeite. The secondary branchlets with 1 2 86S / 2 41 0 combination provided more spikelets and spongy spikelets than the other combinations
