针对35W×7高强度大直径多层股钢丝绳采用多次捻制成型,生产难度较大,钢丝绳股容易出现裂缝,钢丝绳松散,内层绳早期断裂,钢丝绳抗旋转性能差等问题,提出解决措施:钢丝绳采用压实股生产,股压实率控制在6.5%~8.5%,提高钢丝绳破断拉力;股内层采用6.5~7.0倍小捻距,外层采用7.0~7.5倍较大捻距,钢丝绳合绳时内层绳股不预变形,外层绳股预变形充分;采用内外层绳一次捻制成型,确保钢丝绳内外层扭转力矩平衡。结果表明,采用新工艺生产的钢丝绳不松散,结构稳定,且破断拉力高,耐磨性和阻旋转性能好,钢丝绳与卷筒及滑轮的接触面积大,提高了钢丝绳的使用寿命。

The results show that the rope produced by the new process is not loose, the structure is stable, the breaking force is high, the abrasion resistance and the rotation resistance are good, and the contact area between the rope and the drum and the pulley is large, which improves the service life of the rope.
