汽车水泵轴承是轴与内圈—体化的轴承单元，通过对轴承村料、工艺装备及金刚滚轮等的改进，使水泵轴承的尺寸精度提高，振动值优于ＦＡＧ公司产品。所采用的金刚滚轮成形修整砂轮切入磨创新工艺对提高产品的尺寸精度，旋转精度和动性能有决定性的作用。附图８幅，表３个。
