文章运用文献资料、问卷调查、教学实验法等研究方法,调查乌鲁木齐市五所普通高校(新疆大学、新疆师范大学、新疆财经大学、新疆医科大学、新疆农业大学)体育舞蹈选项课的教学现状,选取个案在体育舞蹈选项课中导入和谐教学法,进行试验,然后对比分析,结果显示在新疆高校体育舞蹈的实验教学中,“和谐教学法”相对于传统教学过程的教学效果差异显著。“和谐教学法”在体育舞蹈教学过程中能够加强师生和同学间的沟通与交流,还可以促进学生学习的主动性,有效学习体育舞蹈技能,加强学生素质教育,促进学生全面发展。
This paper investigates the teaching status quo of sports dance elective courses in five colleges and universities in Urumqi (Xinjiang University, Xinjiang Normal University, Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics, Xinjiang Medical University, Xinjiang Agricultural University) by means of literature, questionnaire and teaching experiment. The case introduces the method of harmonious teaching in the course of sports dance, and conducts the experiment. After that, it shows that in the experimental teaching of sports dance in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, the teaching effect of “harmonious teaching method” is obviously different from the traditional teaching process. “Harmonious Teaching Method ” can strengthen the communication and exchange between teachers and students in the process of sports dance teaching. It can also promote the students’ learning initiative, effectively learn the skills of sports dance, enhance the students’ quality education and promote the students’ all-round development.
