目的：对氟脲嘧啶白蛋白微球注射液的性状、鉴别反应及微球中氟脲嘧啶的含量测定，进行初步研究。方法：用加碱消化法测定ＦＵＡＭ中５－ＦＵ的含量。结果：工作曲线线性关系良好，ｖ＝０．９９９８；平均回收率９７．４８％；ＲＳＤ＝１．０２％。结论：本法为ＦＵＡＭ注射液含量测定及质量控制提供了一种简便、准确、可行的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To study the properties of fluorouracil albumin microsphere injection, identification reaction and determination of fluorouracil in microspheres. Methods: The content of 5-FU in FUAM was determined by alkaline digestion. Results: The working curve showed a good linear relationship, v = 0.9998; the average recovery was 97.48%; RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion: This method provides a simple, accurate and feasible method for the determination of FUAM injection and quality control.
