烟台山近代建筑群中的克利顿饭店,位于朝阳街43号,1996年烟台市人民政府公布为烟台市级文物保护单位。这里曾是烟台著名的西餐厅,由俄国商人开办,以经营俄式大菜而享有盛名。而它的鼎鼎大名更多是来自一桩历史事件一1912年,孙中山北上途经烟台时,曾下榻于此。资料显示,克利顿饭店1910年建成。历史上克利顿饭店因地处烟台黄金地段,在相当长的时期里经营状况较好,为周围同行所不及。其后来演变及终业原因,尚无资料可查。新中国建立后,克利顿饭店曾有过其他用途,但原貌保存至今。 Clinton Hotel Yantai modern buildings in the group, located at 43 Chaoyang Street, Yantai City People’s Government in 1996 announced as Yantai municipal cultural relics protection units. It used to be a well-known western restaurant in Yantai, run by Russian traders and famous for its Russian cuisine. And its great name is more from a historical event in 1912, Sun Yat-sen went north through Yantai, had stayed here. Data show that the Clitton Hotel was built in 1910. Clinton Hotel historically located in prime locations in Yantai, operating for quite a long period of time in good condition, for the rest of their peers. The subsequent evolution and the cause of termination, there is no information to be checked. After the founding of New China, Clitton Hotel had other uses, but the original preserved so far.
