The content of soluble sugar in vegetable soybean was an important index for assessing its edible quality. In order to explore the relationship between the change of soluble sugar and the soluble sugar in vegetable soybean “source”, “” (K0), 120 kg · hm-2 (K1) of K fertilizer application and 120 kg · hm-2 of flowering fertilizer application of K fertilizer During the podding period, potassium foliar fertilizer (K2) was sprayed twice to investigate the accumulation of soluble sugar in different parts of the plant. The results showed that potassium fertilizer significantly increased the content of soluble sugar in leaves, pods and kernels of reproductive stage of soybean (4 to 8 weeks after flowering), and on the basis of this, Which is conducive to the further accumulation of soluble sugar in leaves, pods, grains. At 7 weeks after flowering (optimal feeding period), the content of soluble sugar in grains reached the maximum. At this time, K1 and K2 treatment of Kemao No.1 was 29.2% and 37.5% higher than that of K0 treatment respectively, while that of line 121 was 9.3% And 24.8%. It was also found that the potash application significantly increased the yield of fresh soybean pods during harvesting. The yield of fresh pods per plant treated with K1 and K2 from No.1 soybean of Zhongke edoume 1 was 8.2% and 37.1% higher than that of K0, while the highs of 121 18.9% and 31.6% respectively. Potassium fertilization may promote the accumulation of soluble sugars in grains by enhancing the supply of soluble sugar at the vegetable soybean end (leaf) and promoting the turnover of soluble sugar in pod.
