设计了二极管侧面对称泵浦Nd:YAG圆片激光器实验装置,耦合系统采用简单且有效的柱透镜组,分别对二极管快轴和慢轴方向的泵浦光进行压缩准直。模拟得到并分析了二极管的发散特性对增益介质内泵浦光分布的影响,模拟采用光线追迹法,且同时考虑了二极管在快轴和慢轴方向的发散特性。实验得到增益介质内的荧光分布与模拟得到的泵浦光分布相吻合。
A diode side-symmetric pumped Nd: YAG laser was designed. The coupling system uses a simple and effective cylindrical lens system to compress and pump the fast and slow axis of the diode. The effect of the diode’s divergence on the pump light distribution in the gain medium is simulated and analyzed. The ray tracing method is adopted and the divergence characteristics of the diode in the fast axis and the slow axis are considered simultaneously. The experimental results show that the fluorescence distribution in the gain medium agrees well with the simulated pump light distribution.
