大量研究表明增强CT对早期检测胰腺坏死和判断预后有很高的敏感性。但是最近有动物实验发现,增强CT的造影剂可通过影响胰腺微循环使重症急性胰腺炎恶化,故不主张在急性胰腺炎早期进行增强CT检查。造影剂对人体的影响仍有争议。本文通过回顾性分析探讨增强CT造影剂对急性胰腺炎病程及预后的影响。
A large number of studies have shown that enhanced CT has a high sensitivity to early detection of pancreatic necrosis and prognosis. However, recent animal experiments found that enhanced CT contrast agent can affect pancreatic microcirculation in severe acute pancreatitis aggravated, it is not advocated in the early stage of acute pancreatitis enhanced CT examination. Contrast on the human body is still controversial. This retrospective analysis of enhanced CT contrast agent on the course and prognosis of acute pancreatitis.
