对于我公司这类施工企业来讲安全是生命，质量是信誉，合理的利润则是生存的基本条件。项目施工成本管理的效果关系到职工切身利益，它影响职工的工作积极性和情绪，是企业的生存和发展的重要保障。下面结合自己多年的现场管理经验和我们在建的几个太阳能光伏项目就施工项目成本管理工作发表一点看法。
