安钢高炉喷吹煤粉系统 ,由于自动控制数学模型精度低 ,一直未能很好地实现自动喷吹 ,喷煤量波动较大 ,严重地影响了高炉炉况顺行和喷煤水平的提高。通过对现场采集的大量实验数据进行整理、分析与研究 ,提出喷煤量分别与罐压、补气量之间的可能关系 ,建立其在三维情况下的数学模型 ,在MATLAB环境下 ,作出其三维拟合曲面。利用二元回归方程计算结果与实测值进行比较 ,判断三维数学模型的显著性
