本文分别以轴流风机的全压效率及静压总效率为目标函数,选用不同的设计变量,采用SUMT内点和外点罚函数的组合方法,对有关的几何参数进行优化设计,其结果表明以四个设计变量,以静压总效率为目标其优化效果最佳。本文同时给出了轴流风机的传统设计,优化设计的通用程序并比较其效果。
In this paper, the total pressure efficiency of the axial fan and the total efficiency of static pressure are taken as the objective functions respectively. Different design variables are selected. The combination of SUMT internal point and external point penalty function is used to optimize the relevant geometric parameters. With four design variables, the overall efficiency of static pressure as the goal of its best optimization. This paper also gives the traditional design of axial fan, the general procedure of optimization design and comparison of its effects.
