预算绩效管理是建立现代预算管理制度的重要内容,对强化财政资金使用透明度、提高财政资金使用效益,打造高效、负责、透明的政府具有重大意义。近年来,山东省寿光市积极健全和完善预算绩效评价管理运行体系,在财政项目资金绩效评价工作上取得了一定成效,但同时也面临一些困难和问题。本文分析了寿光市推进预算绩效管理工作的情况及存在的主要问题,并提出了一些具体措施和建议。
Budget performance management is an important part of establishing a modern budget management system. It is of great significance to strengthening the transparency of the use of fiscal funds, improving the efficiency of the use of fiscal funds and building an efficient, responsible and transparent government. In recent years, Shouguang City, Shandong Province, has actively improved and perfected its budget performance evaluation and management system and achieved some success in appraising the performance of financial projects. However, it also faces some difficulties and problems. This article analyzes the situation of Shouguang City promoting budget performance management and its main problems, and puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions.
