健康档案:某女士,33岁,某省直事业单位千部,每天接触电脑的时间平均在6小时左右。近日感觉眼睛干涩,易疲劳,经常脱发,面色不好,心情也不好。有时感觉肩颈疼痛,睡眠欠佳。健康会诊:办公室工作人员由于工作原因,往往缺乏运动、晒太阳的机会少,并且工作姿势比较单一,一般以伏案工作或在电脑前工作为主。长期处于这种状态,会造成脂肪堆积,骨质疏松、颈椎腰椎不适,由于用脑量比较大,很可能会造成睡眠障碍等。
