油葫芦是一种洞栖性根茎害虫,芒果幼苗常受其害。由于这种害虫隐蔽兼有昼伏夜出的特性,因而常规防治效果不佳。笔者于1990年曾与新平县杨武镇林业重点户孙良合作,在他家受害严重的216亩芒果地自制米糠毒饵诱杀油葫芦,仅使用一次,诱杀率高达95.6％。做法如下: 一、配制毒饵选用饲料米糠,放锅内煎炒5—10分钟,略有香味时,取出趁势兑入鲜米汤适量、0.25％滴滴畏乳油和少许红糖拌搅调匀,制成一种豆渣状的泥丸备用。一般每亩用量是米糠1公斤、0.25％滴滴畏乳油10毫升和红糖5克。
