对永磁同步电动机的数学模型、矢量控制策略进行了分析和推导,在此基础之上进行了仿真验证,表明该模型及控制策略的可行性和良好的控制特性。然后根据电池机车的应用特性,设计了以双DSP+CPLD结构为核心的控制结构及软硬件电路,并进行了联机测试,实验结果表明该理论、模型及硬件设计方案可行。
The mathematical model and vector control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed and deduced. Based on this, the simulation results show that the model and the control strategy are feasible and good control characteristics. Then, according to the application characteristics of battery locomotive, the control structure and hardware and software circuits based on dual DSP + CPLD structure are designed and tested online. The experimental results show that the theory, model and hardware design are feasible.
