人体有七大营养素,分别是蛋白质、糖类、脂类、水分、维生素、矿物质、纤维素。脂类的两种必需脂肪酸α-亚麻酸和亚油酸,人体不能够自身合成,必须从食物中获得,食用油是α-亚麻酸的良好来源。亚油酸一般不缺乏,α-亚麻酸容易缺乏。α-亚麻酸有益于预防和治疗癌症、心脑血管病、糖尿病、类风湿病、皮炎症、抑郁症、精神分裂症、老年痴呆症、过敏、哮喘、肾病和慢性肺炎等。
The human body has seven nutrients, namely protein, carbohydrates, lipids, moisture, vitamins, minerals, cellulose. Lipids, two essential fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid, are not synthesized by the body and must be obtained from food. Edible oils are a good source of alpha-linolenic acid. Linoleic acid is generally not lacking, alpha-linolenic acid is easy to lack. Alpha-linolenic acid is useful for the prevention and treatment of cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, dermatitis, depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, allergies, asthma, kidney disease and chronic pneumonia.
