3号钢是薄壁型钢结构中常用的钢种。在3号钢中又有镇静钢与沸腾钢之别。由于冶金工艺等原因,镇静钢的强度比沸腾钢高,标准差比沸腾钢小,材质好。经二阶矩概率方法对结构构件作可靠度分析可知,镇静钢构件的可靠度比沸腾钢构件的大得多。为了充分发挥材料的承载能力,拟对3号镇静钢在薄钢结构中的优材优用问题作一些探讨。
Steel No. 3 is a commonly used type of steel in thin-walled steel structures. In the No. 3 steel, there is another difference between the killed steel and the boiling steel. Because of the metallurgical process and other reasons, the strength of the killed steel is higher than that of the boiling steel, and the standard deviation is smaller than the boiling steel and the material is good. The reliability analysis of the structural members by the second-order moment probability method shows that the reliability of the killed steel members is much larger than that of the boiling steel members. In order to give full play to the bearing capacity of the material, it is proposed to make some discussion on the superior use of the excellent material of No. 3 killed steel in the thin steel structure.
