开关角度传感器被广泛地使用在无人机伺服控制机构中。然而在使用过程中时常出现因反馈控制信号中断,使该机构无法正常工作,严重影响了无人机系统的正常使用和飞行安全。经初步诊断,将故障定位在开关角度传感器运行中存在断点现象。针对该故障,运用可靠性分析技术对其进行了分析,通过大量的试验和验证,确定了故障的原因和机理,给出了控制和消除故障的方法与建议,有效解决了无人机系统使用中开关角度传感器断点故障问题,提高了全系统的可靠性与安全性。
Switch angle sensor is widely used in the UAV servo control mechanism. However, in the process of using it, the interruption of the feedback control signal often occurs, which makes the mechanism unable to work normally and seriously affects the normal use and flight safety of the UAV system. After the initial diagnosis, the fault location in the switch angle sensor operation there is a breakpoint phenomenon. In view of the fault, the reliability analysis technology is used to analyze the fault. Through a large number of tests and verifications, the causes and mechanisms of the fault are identified. The methods and suggestions for controlling and eliminating the fault are given, which effectively solves the problems of using the UAV system Switch angle sensor breakpoint fault problem, improve system-wide reliability and safety.
