目的观察哮喘患者血浆血栓素A2(thromboxane,TXA2)、降钙素基因相关肽(calcitoningene-related peptide,CGRP)水平的变化,探讨TXA2、CGRP在哮喘发病中的作用及临床意义。方法选择轻、中度哮喘患者50例作为研究对象,其中急性发作期患者25例,缓解期25例,并以健康成人20例作为对照组,采用放射免疫的方法测定血浆TXA2和CGRP水平。结果哮喘发作期患者血浆TXA2、CGRP水平明显高于缓解期患者和健康人(P<0.05),而哮喘缓解期患者血浆TXA2、CGRP水平均较健康人稍增高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。哮喘发作期TXA2与CGRP呈正相关(r=0.615,P=0.001<0.05)。结论血浆TXA2、CGRP水平高低与哮喘发病有一定关系,TXA2、CGRP水平对哮喘患者病情严重程度的评价具有一定意义。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) levels in asthmatic patients and explore the role and clinical significance of TXA2 and CGRP in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods Fifty patients with mild to moderate asthma were selected as the study subjects, including 25 acute exacerbation patients and 25 remission patients. Twenty healthy adults were used as control group. Plasma TXA2 and CGRP levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of plasma TXA2 and CGRP in patients with asthma attack were significantly higher than those in patients with remission and healthy subjects (P <0.05), while the levels of plasma TXA2 and CGRP in patients with remission were slightly higher than those in healthy subjects (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between TXA2 and CGRP during asthma attack (r = 0.615, P = 0.001 <0.05). Conclusion The levels of TXA2 and CGRP in plasma have a certain relationship with the pathogenesis of asthma. The levels of TXA2 and CGRP are of great significance in evaluating the severity of asthma.
