1 材料与方法试验材料为1997年丰乐种业基地生产的丹玉13、掖单2号玉米种子。1998年3月测得发芽率分别为90%、96%。将丹玉13水分调至10.7%、13.0%,把掖单2号水分调至10.5%、12.8%,分别用布袋、编织袋、双层袋(内袋为聚乙烯袋,外袋为编织袋,贮藏在常温库和低温库(T=0～10℃,RH=65%)
MATERIALS AND METHODS The experimental materials were Dan Yu 13 and Yedan 2 maize seeds produced by Fengle Seed Industry Base in 1997. March 1998 measured germination rates were 90%, 96%.
