目的对与沙颍河沿岸距离不同的两村庄饮用水进行健康风险评价和比较。方法在对两村庄饮用水主要污染物测定的基础上,初步利用健康风险评价方法评价污染物通过饮用水途径所致的健康风险。结果两村饮用水中致癌物质引起的健康危害个人年风险均表现为Cr~(6+)>As>Cd,Cr~(6+)、As的人均致癌年风险均高于最大可接受风险水平5.0×10~(-5)/a;两村躯体毒物质引起的健康危害个人年风险大小表现为F~->Pb>Hg>CN~->NH_3-N>挥发酚,均超过最大可接受风险水平10~(-6)a,F~-为主要的风险因子。结论两村居民饮用水均存在健康风险,白果村饮用水健康风险略高于洪山村,可能因其地理位置离沙颍河较近所致。
Objective To evaluate and compare the health risks of drinking water in two villages with different distances from the Shaying River. Methods Based on the determination of the main pollutants in drinking water in two villages, the health risk assessment method was initially used to evaluate the health risks caused by drinking water through pollutants. Results The annual risk of carcinogens caused by carcinogens in drinking water of two villages showed that the annual carcinogenic risk of Cr ~ (6 +)> As> Cd, Cr ~ (6 +) and As were higher than the maximum acceptable risk level 5.0 × 10 ~ (-5) / a. The risk of personal health caused by somatic toxic substances in two villages showed that the annual risk of F ~ -> Pb> Hg> CN ~ -> NH_3-N> Risk level 10 ~ (-6) a, F ~ - as the main risk factors. Conclusions The drinking water of residents of both villages has health risks. The health risk of drinking water in BaiGuo Village is slightly higher than that of Hongshan Village, probably due to its geographical proximity to Shaying River.
