学生的发展具有阶段性和差异性,每个学生的对于知识的接受能力不同、性格特点也不同,因此班级中的每个学生对于语文知识的认知、情感和态度等方面都会存在差异性,这种差异性在学习的过程中慢慢累积进而演变为语文学习水平的差距,国家推行素质教育,要求教师关心每一位学生素质的培养和提高,针对这种情况,在保证全班语文学习进度的同时也要采取科学的教育手法,使每个水平的学生都能获得最大程度的提高,本文就如何用分层教学的教学手法,提高学生的语文知识水平展开了讨论。
Students have different stages and differences in their development. Each student has different ability to accept knowledge and different personality traits.
