由于卷烟企业的生产过程是一个多级的过程,多级的生产过程的质量控制具有复杂性,所以传统的识别方法很难取得有效的识别结果。采用结构方程的方法可以解决这个问题。结构方程能够同时处理多个因变量、允许自变量和因变量含有测量误差,并能根据拟合优度指数对原有模型进行修正。通过一个具体的实例来进行卷烟企业关键质量特性的识别研究。
Because the production process of a cigarette enterprise is a multi-level process and the quality control of a multi-level production process is complex, the traditional identification method can hardly obtain effective identification results. The use of structural equation method can solve this problem. Structural equations can handle multiple dependent variables at the same time, allowing independent and dependent variables to contain measurement errors and modifying the original model based on the goodness-of-fit index. Through a specific example to identify the key quality characteristics of cigarette companies.
