为中国足球早日冲出亚洲,走向世界,以化解、克服国家队备战、参加世界大赛矛盾为主要目的。运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,在梳理、比较我国足球职业联赛赛制与欧洲五大职业联赛赛制现状、存在问题基础上,通过年度赛制与跨年度赛制的利弊比较,提出了中国足球职业联赛施行跨年度赛制的目标模式。并根据我国实际情况,制定了5项具体措施:设置冬歇期,避开北方最寒冷时期;铺设地暖或设置保温层,保证北方主场草皮质量;配备冬季装备,保证正常训练、比赛;微调部分东北比赛主场或比赛场次;科学规划国家队备战、参加世界大赛方案与联赛规程。 For the Chinese football out of Asia as soon as possible, to the world, to defuse, to overcome the national team preparing for the conflict, to participate in the main competition for the purpose of the World Series.
