近年来,小麦白粉病日趋严重,已成为育种者的主要改良目标。但通过常规杂交育种往往难以克服不利基因的连锁。随着分子育种工作的不断深入,使得向小麦转移单一基因有了希望。我们利用外源DNA导入技术,已成功地将大麦抗白粉病基因导入小麦新品系花76,后代出现了免疫和高抗单株,在小麦抗白粉病育种上有了突破。
In recent years, the growing incidence of wheat powdery mildew has become a major improvement goal of breeders. However, it is often difficult to overcome the linkage of unfavorable genes by conventional crossbreeding. As molecular breeding progresses, there is hope for the transfer of a single gene to wheat. We have introduced the barley powdery mildew resistance gene into the new wheat line 76 by using exogenous DNA introduction technology. The offspring emerged the immune and highly resistant single plants, which made a breakthrough in wheat powdery mildew resistance breeding.
