我厂1981年研制成多功能GMTP-81A型钢模板调平机。该机通过部级鉴定,并荣获洛阳市科技成果奖,是施工现场维修钢模板的一种理想设备。其特点:工作效率高,经济效益好,可连续完成钢模板重复使用前的调平、清灰、滚涂各种脱模油剂。截至1985年底已生产210台销售全国各地,深受用户欢迎。为使该机充分发挥作用,更好地为用户服务,现将该机使用调整的经验作简单介绍。 1.该机上辊系用压力弹簧压紧,其压力大小可通过调整螺母进行调整。其方法将两个等高为58毫米的调整垫铁送入上下辊之间,然后将弹簧压紧并消除间隙,此时压紧
Our factory developed a multifunctional GMTP-81A steel template leveler in 1981. The aircraft passed the ministerial appraisal and won the Luoyang Science and Technology Achievement Award. It is an ideal equipment for repairing steel formwork on the construction site. Its characteristics: high work efficiency, good economic benefits, can be completed before the repeated use of the steel template leveling, cleaning, roll coating all kinds of mold release oil. In order to make full use of the aircraft and better serve the users, we now briefly introduce the experience of using the adjustment. 1. The roller on the machine is pressed with a pressure spring. The pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the nut. In this method, two adjustment horns with a height of 58 mm are fed between the upper and lower rollers, and then the spring is pressed and the clearance is eliminated.
