多级模糊数学综合评判方法在食品卫生监督管理工作评估中的初步应用

食品卫生监督管理是一门复杂的管理科学,许多指标的概念是模糊的。如何把模糊因素变为定量因素进行科学考评,是食品卫生管理部门十分关心的问题。本文以1990年广西食品卫生大检查项目为例探讨多级模糊数学综合评判方法在食品卫生监督。管理中多因素综合评价中的应用,收到良好的效果。食品卫生大检查因素由于食品卫生监督管理中许多指标是一个模糊概念,它包含面广,流通领域复杂,受多种因素影响,适用于模糊数学评判。本文根据1990年广西食品卫生大检查13项评分标准的内在性质,作相应的合并,变成七个 Food hygiene supervision and management is a complicated management science, and the concept of many indicators is vague.
