目的:为快速查找食物中毒原因,并预防类似食物性疾病的再次发生。方法:分别对3份食物样品和2份涂抹进行3类食源性致病菌检测。结果:在样品驴杂中分离出的可疑菌株为奇异变形杆菌。结论:根据流行病学调查及实验室检验分析,本次食物中毒由奇异变形杆菌污染食物导致。
Purpose: To find the cause of food poisoning quickly and to prevent the recurrence of similar food-borne diseases. Methods: Three kinds of food-borne pathogens were tested on 3 food samples and 2 smears respectively. Results: Susceptible strains isolated from donkey miscellaneous samples were Proteus mirabilis. Conclusion: According to epidemiological investigation and laboratory analysis, this food poisoning caused by the contamination of food by Proteus mirabilis.
