目的 通过不同托槽、弓丝、结扎方式和结扎力条件下摩擦力比较 ,对托槽 -弓丝 -结扎丝结构中影响摩擦力的因素进行分析。方法 选择五种槽沟为 0 .0 2 2× 0 .0 2 8″的不锈钢方丝弓托槽 ,与四种不锈钢丝 (0 .4 5 mm、0 .5 0 mm圆丝、 0 .0 17× 0 .0 2 5″与 0 .0 19× 0 .0 2 5″方丝 )分别组合分组 ,每组分别在结扎圈和四种结扎丝结扎压力 (5 0 g、15 0 g、 30 0 g、 5 0 0 g)下进行实验并记录各组摩擦力。结果 随结扎压力增加 ,摩擦力亦增加 ;托槽、弓丝、结扎方式与结扎力均对托槽 -弓丝 -结扎丝结构摩擦力有显著影响 ,其中结扎方式与结扎力影响最大。结论 结扎方式与结扎力是影响此摩擦力的最显著因素
Objective To analyze the factors that affect the friction force in bracket-archwire-ligature structure by comparing the frictional force under different bracket, archwire, ligation and ligation. Methods Five kinds of stainless steel square arch brackets with 0. 02 2 × 0. 0 28 “slots were selected and compared with four kinds of stainless steel wires (0.45 mm, 0.550 mm round wire, 0 .0 17 × 0 .0 2 5 ”and 0 .0 19 × 0 .0 2 5" square wire) were grouped into groups, each group were ligated in the ligation ring and four ligation pressure (50 g, 150 g, 30 0 g, 500 g), and the friction of each group was recorded.RESULTS With the increase of ligation pressure, the frictional force also increased. The shape of brackets, arch wires, The frictional force of the structure has a significant effect, and the ligation method and ligation force have the greatest effect.Conclusion The ligation method and ligation force are the most significant factors that affect this friction force
