物资采购招投标对于促进我国石油化工企业科学管理和稳健发展起到了重要作用。石油化工企业物资采购通过组织公开招标与邀请招标两种形式,不但降低了采购成本,还体现了公平竞争,促进了规范化管理。通过对招投标管理存在的问题进行分析,提出了规范化管理石油化工企业物资采购招投标工作的有关措施。
Bidding for material procurement has played an important role in promoting the scientific management and sound development of China’s petrochemical enterprises. Purchase of petrochemical materials through the organization of open bidding and invite bidding two forms, not only reduces procurement costs, but also reflects the fair competition and promote standardized management. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the bidding management, the paper puts forward the relevant measures to standardize the bidding and tendering for the material procurement of petrochemical enterprises.
