试验研究表明,增施钾肥能提高大白菜地上部的生物学产量和净菜率,增产效率随施钾量的增加而增加,但达到一定的水平后又有所下降;增施钾肥能有效地提高叶球叶帮和软叶中的可溶性糖、维生素C、蛋白质和叶绿素的含量,降低叶球的帮叶比,明显地改善叶球品质。同时,随施钾量的增加,软叶和叶球中的NO3-含量明显减少。叶帮和软叶中硝酸盐含量与施钾量分别呈显著和极显著负相关,相关系数r分别为-0.959*和-0.989**。
The experimental research shows that increasing potassium fertilizer can improve the biological yield and net vegetable yield of aboveground part of Chinese cabbage. The yield efficiency increases with the increase of potassium supply, but decreases to a certain level. The increase of potassium fertilizer can effectively increase The contents of soluble sugar, vitamin C, protein and chlorophyll in leaves and soft leaves decreased the leaf-to-leaf ratio and markedly improved leaf quality. At the same time, the content of NO3- in soft leaf and leaf bulb obviously decreased with the increase of potassium application. Nitrate content in leaves and soft leaves were significantly and significantly negatively correlated with potassium content, respectively, with correlation coefficients r of -0.959 * and -0.989 **, respectively.
