建立了钢坯在步进梁式加热炉中加热过程的温度模型,采用控制容积法建立钢坯截面的二维传热数学模型,最终预报钢坯横截面温度分布随加热时间的变化规律。炉气与钢坯表面的换热方式主要考虑辐射传热,用Matlab语言编写了温度场的计算机程序。以宽厚板轧机钢坯加热炉“黑匣子”温度测试数据为基础对钢坯温度进行模拟,将模拟温度与实测温度对比后证明模型预报精度较高,基本满足预报要求。
The temperature model of billet heating in walking beam furnace was established. The two-dimensional heat transfer mathematic model of billet cross section was established by control volume method, and the variation law of temperature distribution of billet cross section with heating time was finally predicted. Furnace gas and billet surface heat transfer mode mainly consider radiation heat transfer, using Matlab language prepared a computer program of the temperature field. The billet temperature was simulated on the basis of the temperature measurement data of the slab heating furnace “black box” of the heavy plate mill. The comparison between the simulation temperature and the measured temperature proves that the prediction accuracy of the model is higher and basically meets the prediction requirements.
