2014年3月底—10月初,在武夷山地区马尾松天然次生林内设置7个试验点,使用漏斗型诱捕器、FJ-MA-02型引诱剂对松墨天牛进行诱捕试验。结果表明,松墨天牛诱捕量从4月开始上升,高峰期为6—8月(占总诱捕量的80.22%),最高峰为7月中旬。主成分分析表明,林分条件和立地因子对诱捕量有着重要影响;以诱捕量进行多项式拟合,拟合效果较好(P均<0.05)。诱捕量随着海拔高度的升高呈先上升后下降趋势,林分郁闭度、林龄、林分密度对诱捕量有促进效应,而平均胸径、平均树高对诱捕量有抑制效应。说明马尾松天然次生林松墨天牛的诱捕需在成虫羽化期前开始,并根据立地因子和林分条件调整诱捕器挂设位置和密度,以提高诱捕效果。
From the end of March to the beginning of October to the beginning of 2014, seven test sites were set up in the natural secondary forest of Pinus massoniana in Wuyishan. Trapping experiments were carried out on fungus Monochamus alternatus using a funnel-type trap and FJ-MA-02 attractant. The results showed that the trap quantity of Monochamus alternatus rose from April to June, the peak was from June to August (accounting for 80.22% of the total trapping), and the peak was from mid July. Principal component analysis showed that stand conditions and site factors had an important effect on the amount of trapping. Polynomial fitting was carried out with trapping amount, and the fitting effect was better (P <0.05). The trapping amount increased firstly and then decreased with the elevation increasing. The canopy density, stand age and stand density promoted the trapping amount, while the average diameter at breast height and the mean height of tree trapped the trapping amount. It indicated that the trapping of Monochamus alternatus in natural secondary forest of Pinus massoniana began before the eclosion period and adjusted the hanging position and density of traps according to the site factors and stand conditions in order to improve the trapping effect.
