我院1986.11～1987.1月在小儿肠炎流行期间试用转移因子治疗48例婴幼儿肠炎,同时设对照组42例;随机分组;发病年龄4月～3岁;两组性别年龄构成无差异。两组90例患儿均有腹泻;发热56例(62.2%),呕吐68例(75.6%);轻度脱水39例,中度脱水44例,重度脱水4例。 48 cases of infantile enteritis were treated with transfer factor during the epidemic period of infantile enteritis between January 1986 and January 1987 in our hospital. At the same time, 42 cases in the control group were randomly divided into groups. The age of onset was from April to 3 years. There was no difference in sex and age between the two groups. There were 56 cases (62.2%) of fever and 68 cases of vomiting (75.6%) in all 90 cases. There were 39 cases of mild dehydration, 44 cases of moderate dehydration and 4 cases of severe dehydration.
