动水环境下水泥浆液在裂隙中的扩散规律是裂隙注浆研究的一个重点,用有限元模拟浆液在粗糙单裂隙中扩散过程,对浆液在动水环境下影响因素进行了分析,利用裂隙走向上的曲折表征裂隙的粗糙度,建立裂隙三维模型形成独立的流域,设定注浆压力、动水流速及初始边界条件进行计算。注浆时间、注浆压力及粗糙度系数3个因素各4个水平,保持其中两个因素取值不变,另一个因素分别取4个水平值时的浆液扩散情况,得到各因素对浆液扩散距离的影响。结果表明,浆液扩散距离与时间、注浆压力呈线性关系,时间越长,浆液扩散越远;注浆压力越大,扩散越远;浆液扩散距离与节理粗糙度系数关系呈负相关关系,节理粗糙度系数越大,浆液扩散距离越小。
