金属的塑性成形加工在产品的制造过程中占据了举足轻重的地位。但传统的加工方法存在下列不足:材料利用率很低;能源浪费严重;振动、噪声对操作工人以及周边环境产生严重危害和污染。在综合分析传统金属塑性成形加工在资源、能源及环境等方面存在的普遍症结的基础上,提出了节约资源、能源、环境保护,确保可持续发展是金属塑性成形理论与技术发展的重大课题。而实现绿色塑性成形加工,应从技术、工艺和设备三方面入手,走金属塑性精成形则是必由之路。
Plastic forming of metal plays a decisive role in the manufacturing of the product. However, the traditional processing methods have the following deficiencies: low material utilization rate; serious energy waste; vibration and noise seriously harm and pollute the operating workers and the surrounding environment. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the common crux of the traditional metal plastic forming process in terms of resources, energy sources and environment, it is proposed that saving resources, energy and environmental protection and ensuring sustainable development are major issues in the development of metal plastic forming theory and technology. The realization of green plastic forming, should start with the three aspects of technology, technology and equipment, take the metal plastic forming is the only way.
