目的:采用均匀设计法确定牡丹皮显微常数测定的实验条件,对不同产地、不同等级的牡丹皮进行显微特征常数的测定。方法:采用容量分析法对牡丹皮进行显微特征常数值的测定。结果:完成了8个样品的显微特征常数的测定工作,并对牡丹皮中化学成分与显微特征常数进行了相关性研究。结论:采用均匀设计法优化出的实验条件是科学合理的,不同产地不同规格的牡丹皮显微特征常数有差别。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the microscopic constants of Cortex Moutan by the uniform design method, and to determine the microscopic characteristic constants of Cortex Moutan from different origins and grades. Methods: The volumetric analysis method was used to determine the microscopic characteristic constant value of Cortex Moutan. Results: The determination of the microscopic characteristic constants of eight samples was completed. The correlation between the chemical composition and the microscopic characteristic constants was also studied. Conclusion: The experimental conditions optimized by the uniform design method are scientific and reasonable. There are differences in the microscopic characteristic constants of the tree peony bark from different habitats.
