电子商务中存在的信息安全、管辖权、商业信用保证、知识产权保护、税收管理等问题阻碍了电子商务在企业的普及和深入,成为了电子商务发展的瓶颈,也导致参与电子商务的企业面临着电子商务设立风险、知识产权侵权风险、电子合同风险等法律风险。因此,企业在电子商务营销环境下采取有效的法律风险防范措施是非常必要的。
