分析了高承载能力减速器内部热源的种类和传热途径 ,建立了稳态传热学模型 ,提出了用复合平壁导热及有限元计算减速器的温度场分布和散热系数。结果表明 ,用所提出的方法计算减速器散热系数能满足工程实际需要 ,为高承载能力减速器改善散热条件和设计冷却装置提供了依据
The type of heat source and heat transfer in high load capacity reducer were analyzed. A steady heat transfer model was established. The temperature field distribution and heat dissipation coefficient of reducer were calculated by composite wall heat conduction and finite element method. The results show that using the proposed method to calculate the heat sink coefficient of the reducer can meet the actual needs of the project and provide the basis for improving the cooling conditions and designing the cooling device for the high load capacity reducer
