课堂纪律问题常常使缺乏经验的新手教师们感到深深的挫败感,有经验的教育工作者也都觉得如果没有好的课堂纪律,课堂教学的其他方面也将随之出现问题。在高职院校课堂教学环节,纪律问题普遍存在,层出不穷。高职院校课堂教学环节存在的纪律问题成因主要在于课堂规则缺失、教学水平不高等方面,应该针对性地通过明确规则、提高教学水平等方式加以解决。
Classroom discipline often gives deep frustration to inexperienced novice teachers, and experienced educators also feel that other aspects of classroom instruction are going to be problematic without good class discipline. In the classroom teaching of higher vocational colleges, discipline problems are ubiquitous and endless. The causes of the disciplinary problems existing in the classroom teaching of higher vocational colleges mainly lie in the lack of rules in the classroom and the low level of teaching, which should be solved in a targeted manner by clarifying the rules and improving the teaching level.
