由于贫铀在军事上的应用,并在战争中的广泛使用,贫铀的毒性越来越受到人们的重视。业已证实,进入体内的贫铀,其化学毒性的短期影响是肾损伤,而贫铀的内照射和化学毒性的长期健康危害是致癌。本文从贫铀诱发细胞的DNA损伤,细胞超微结构改变,细胞氧化损伤,以及信号转导等方面描述贫铀的细胞毒性。
Due to the military applications of depleted uranium and their widespread use during the war, the toxicity of depleted uranium is gaining more and more attention. It has been demonstrated that the short-term impact of chemical toxicity on depleted uranium entering the body is renal damage, whereas the long-term health endangerment of internal radiation and chemical toxicity of depleted uranium is carcinogenic. This article describes the cytotoxicity of depleted uranium in terms of DNA damage induced by depleted uranium, ultrastructural changes in cells, oxidative damage in cells, and signal transduction.
