我队所试用的聚丙烯酰胺冲洗液,是以水解聚丙烯酰胺和羧甲基纤维素加松香酸钠配制而成的。并在不同地区、不同地层、不同孔深做了多孔生产性试用,均取得了较好的效果。此冲洗液现已成为我队治理复杂地层常用的一种方法。一、生产效果 1.在施工105-4孔时,从224.77—290米系构造破碎带,岩石特别破碎,节理面破碎面均有白色“碳酸盐”和构造泥物质,290—450米为熔灰岩。用松香酸钠冲洗液施工至孔深240米处下钻遇阻,孔内坍塌物达6—10米,无法钻进。改用聚丙烯酰胺冲洗液仅捞渣两个回次,孔内坍塌物只剩0.3米,恢复正常钻进,顺利钻至450米终孔,从未出现掉块、坍塌现象(表1)。
